A Comprehensive UK University Application Service

At EduQuest TWT , we assist individuals from 18 to 55 years old through all stages of the UK university process. We do not work directly with universities, but instead partner with an experienced admissions agency to help students enroll with various UK universities. Our job is to help, support and empower every individual - from course selection to interview preparation - so that every applicant is comfortable and has knowledge of the application process.

Step-By-Step Roadmap and Preparation

When working with a student, our consultants begin by conducting a personal consultation to gather the student's life history, interests and academic aspirations. Next, we connect the individual to our partner agency - who liaises directly with universities to manage all aspects of the application and admissions process. The partner agency will manage the paperwork, submissions and provide offers to students, while our team works to prepare students for success, including:
1. Providing interview preparation sessions and conducting mock interviews.
2. Supporting students to build strong academic profiles and confidence.
3. Providing tailored advice on study skills, professionalism and transitioning to university life.

Collaborating With Our Partner Agency

Our partner agency has an important role in liaison with numerous universities. They help students a process completed and universities communicated to as well as making sure that if appropriate deadlines were being adhered to. Once a student has received their university offer, we step back in to provide personal assistance and support - making sure students can settle, plan, and stay on track as necessary throughout their studies.

Support, Well Beyond Admission

Our support and relationship don’t finish when students receive their offer - often in many cases of other companies, this is when it stops. We continue the relationship from enrolment through graduation. We are in regular contact to continue providing assistance with:
Academic or personal issues.
Settling into student life in the UK.
Study planning, motivation, and study progress.

For students whose first language is not English, we also arrange private English tutors who provide private one to one lessons to enhance language skills, academic writing, and overall confidence.

What do you do in the university application process?

We are an independent education consultancy that provides tailored support to students aged 18 to 55, who wish to study in the UK. We engage with an agency partner who assists client with university applications and manages the admissions processes. Our role is to get you ready for your interview, provide support and improved confidence through the application process, and to support you as much as you need until you graduate.

Who handles the university application and admissions process?

Our agency partner manages all formal applications, documentation and communications with UK universities. They work with university staff directly to help secure your place and we work with you to prepare, review documentation and prepare you for university studies in the UK.

Do you provide guidance to students who need help choosing a university or course?

Yes. Our consultants will have a conversation with you about your educational backgrounds, career goals, interests and values to assist you in choosing the most appropriate course and university for you. We will narrow down options for you based on our recommendations to best support your career ambitions.

Do you assist with interview preparation for university?

Definitely. We offer interview coaching and practice interview sessions to support you in presenting yourself confidently and professionally. This is an important part of our service, and it can improve your chances of receiving an offer significantly.

Do you have English language support?

Yes. We offer access to private tutors who can provide one-to-one English lessons for students whose first language is not English. This would help students achieve a stronger command of the language for academic writing and communication, both prior to starting and during their studies.

Do you have scholarship or financial support options?

We do not offer scholarships directly, but our consultants can help you find and apply for university or other funding sources based on our partner agency’s network.

Do you only support universities in the UK?

At this time, our focus is on UK higher education institutions for the delivery of services, but through our partner agency, we may also support you with international study options as we develop our network.

What happens after I receive a university offer?

When you receive your university offer and are accepted, we will continue to offer support. We will assist you in preparing for your university life and can offer guidance on academic support and wellbeing during your studies, with check-in sessions scheduled throughout your studies up to graduation.
